Easerva Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
This page explains the rules for using Easerva and how we collect, use, and protect information on the platform.
Rules for using Easerva
These terms govern access to the Easerva platform, website, and related services.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Easerva ("we," "us," "our"), including the Easerva platform, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Easerva is a platform that helps service-based businesses create AI-optimized online profiles and improve discoverability through AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, Gemini, and Claude. The Service includes:
- Guided business profile creation and management
- Generation and hosting of AI-optimized static web pages for your business
- Structured data markup (Schema.org/JSON-LD) included in published pages
- Submission of your business pages to search engines and AI crawlers
- Access to Easerva's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which allows AI agents to search providers, check availability, and generate booking links
- Integration with third-party calendar and booking systems to reflect real-time availability
We are currently in an early access (proof of concept) phase. The Service is provided free of charge during this period. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in the United States to register as a business user. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Registration and Responsibility
To access most features, you will create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at joseph@easerva.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Easerva reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe may cause harm to the Service or other users.
Business Profile Content
Your content. You retain ownership of all business information, descriptions, service details, pricing, and other content you provide ("Business Content"). By submitting Business Content, you grant Easerva a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your Business Content solely to operate and improve the Service — including publishing your profile pages on the Easerva website and CDN, and making your data available through the Easerva MCP server.
Your responsibility. You represent that your Business Content is accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with applicable law. You are solely responsible for the services you advertise and provide to consumers.
Public pages. You acknowledge that your Easerva profile pages are publicly accessible and designed to be indexed by search engines and AI systems. Do not include sensitive personal information in your Business Content.
Calendar and Availability Data
The Service may connect to your business calendar systems (such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or other scheduling platforms) to display real-time availability on your Easerva profile pages. To enable this functionality:
- You authorize us to read your calendar data to determine available time slots
- You authorize us to display availability information publicly on your profile pages
- You authorize us to use your calendar data to respond to queries from AI agents through the Easerva MCP server
We access only the minimum calendar data necessary to power the availability features. We do not sell your calendar data to third parties. You may disconnect your calendar integration at any time through your account settings, which will remove availability data from your profile pages.
If you connect a personal calendar that contains non-business events, you are responsible for ensuring that only business-relevant calendars are connected. We are not responsible for accidental exposure of personal calendar data you choose to link.
AI Search and Third-Party Platforms
Easerva publishes your profile pages to be discovered by third-party AI systems and search engines. We do not control how those third parties index, use, display, or cite your information. We make no guarantees that any particular AI system will discover, cite, or recommend your business. Third-party AI platforms operate independently and are subject to their own terms and policies.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
- Advertise illegal products or services
- Interfere with the platform's infrastructure, security, or other users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the MCP server beyond its documented use
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Service Availability and Changes
Easerva is in early access and is provided "as is." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes. Features described in marketing materials are aspirational and may not yet be fully implemented.
Fees and Payment
The Service is currently free of charge during the early access phase. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future. If and when we do, we will provide advance notice to existing users and honor any commitments made to founding members regarding pricing.
Intellectual Property
The Easerva platform, including its software, templates, page generation systems, and MCP server, is owned by Easerva and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Easerva name, logo, or branding except as expressly permitted.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR PAGES WILL BE INDEXED OR CITED BY ANY AI SYSTEM OR SEARCH ENGINE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASERVA AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easerva and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Business Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, we will remove your profile pages from the Easerva platform, though cached copies may persist in third-party search indexes temporarily.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

How Easerva handles information
This Privacy Policy applies to business users who create accounts and publish profiles on the platform.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Business name, contact details (email, phone, address), and service descriptions
- Account credentials (email and password)
- Service pricing, availability schedules, and booking information
- Any other information you enter during onboarding or account management
Calendar data (when you connect a calendar integration):
- Available and booked time slots from connected calendars
- Time zone and scheduling preferences
- We do not store the full content of calendar events — only availability state
Automatically collected information:
- Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access timestamps
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management and analytics
- Crawler activity on your published profile pages (bot user agents and access patterns)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and publish your AI-optimized business profile pages
- Populate structured data (JSON-LD) on your pages for AI search discovery
- Display real-time availability through your profile pages and the MCP server
- Respond to queries from AI agents about your services and availability
- Send transactional communications (account verification, service updates)
- Analyze platform performance and improve the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
How We Share Your Information
Publicly published data. Your business name, description, services, pricing, location, and availability are published on public-facing profile pages. These pages are intentionally designed to be indexed by search engines and AI systems. Do not submit information you want kept private.
MCP server. Your service and availability data is made available through the Easerva MCP server to AI agents that query it. This is core to the Service.
Search engines and AI crawlers. We submit your profile pages to search engines and AI indexers, including Google, Bing, and AI-specific crawlers. We do not control how these third parties store or use indexed data.
Service providers. We may share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, database providers, analytics tools). These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Calendar Data
When you connect a calendar integration via Cronofy, we access your calendar to read availability and write booking events on your behalf. Specifically:
- We use Cronofy's OAuth integration, which requires read and write access to your calendar
- Read access is used to determine your available time slots for display on your profile pages and through the MCP server
- Write access is used to create calendar events when a booking is made through your profile
- The read/write scope is required by Cronofy and cannot be separated — read-only access is not available through this integration
- Although the scope technically permits us to view calendar event details, we do not read, store, or use the content of your existing calendar events (titles, descriptions, attendees, etc.) — we only check busy/free status to determine availability
- Calendar access tokens are stored securely and used only to manage availability and bookings
- You can revoke calendar access at any time from your account settings or directly through Cronofy — revoking access removes availability data from your public pages within 24 hours (the next build cycle)
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days. Published profile pages will be removed from the Easerva CDN. Note that search engines and AI systems may retain cached copies of previously indexed pages independently of our actions — we cannot force third parties to purge their caches.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted database connections, and access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for calendar integrations
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at joseph@easerva.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and basic analytics (page views, referrer data). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to use the dashboard.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version took effect.
